These terms govern use of this website and purchases from Dave Schalow Agency LLC, doing business as Schalow Success Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Review the offer and checkout disclosures before purchasing. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that service.
Educational services
Schalow Success Systems provides educational content, digital tools, courses, and memberships focused on Career Success, Financial Success, and Part-Time Business Success. The MBA in Success is a 16-week, 120-day educational program designed to help participants develop a Career Plan, Financial Plan, and Part-Time Business Plan. It is a private educational program and does not confer an accredited university degree.
Schalow Success Lab is a recurring monthly educational membership. The particular lessons, tools, resources, support, and access included in a purchase are described on the offer and checkout page.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The MBA in Success purchase price is $997. Payment is processed through Payments AI and its payment partners. Any applicable taxes and the total charged are displayed at checkout. You must provide accurate billing details and be authorized to use the payment method you provide.
Included membership and recurring billing
The MBA in Success includes the first 120 days of Schalow Success Lab. Beginning on day 121 after purchase, the membership automatically renews at $97 per month until you cancel. Cancel before day 121 to prevent the first monthly charge. After monthly billing begins, cancel before your next renewal to prevent that charge.
A standalone Schalow Success Lab membership is $97 per month, billed at purchase and monthly thereafter until canceled, unless the specific checkout offer states otherwise.
The subscription and renewal terms must be disclosed at checkout. Purchasing a recurring offer authorizes the recurring charges described in that offer. A policy statement by itself does not enroll you in a subscription.
How to cancel
You can cancel through the subscription controls in your member/customer account, where available, or email support@schalowsuccesssystems.com using the email address associated with your purchase. Include your name and the membership you want to cancel. A cancellation received before renewal stops future billing. After canceling, membership access continues through the end of the current paid membership period, or the remainder of the included 120-day period for an MBA member who cancels before paid renewal.
Refund Policy
MBA in Success has a 40-day money-back guarantee. Request a refund of the $997 MBA purchase price within 40 calendar days after your purchase by emailing support@schalowsuccesssystems.com. Include your name, purchase email address, and order number if available. No explanation is required to use this guarantee.
We issue an eligible refund to the original payment method within five business days of receiving the request and identifying the purchase. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the credit. A refunded MBA purchase ends access to the refunded program and cancels its associated future membership billing.
Canceling a monthly membership stops future renewals and preserves access through the current paid period. For refund questions about a separate monthly charge or another product, contact support. Any specific guarantee stated for that offer and any refund rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
Digital delivery and access
Our current courses, tools, and memberships are delivered online. Physical shipping does not apply to these digital purchases. After a successful purchase, follow the order confirmation instructions and account-access email to sign in. Content is made available according to the schedule described in the offer. If your access instructions do not arrive or you cannot sign in, contact support with your purchase email and order details.
Accounts and permitted use
Keep your account information accurate and your login credentials private. Purchased content is for your personal educational use unless an offer explicitly grants a different license. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, or share access to paid materials without our written permission. We may restrict access when needed to address fraud, security issues, or material misuse, subject to applicable law.
Educational information and results
Content is general education. It is not individualized investment, financial, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional about your personal circumstances before making financial or business decisions. Your results depend on your circumstances, effort, decisions, and other factors. Examples and testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee income, investment returns, business performance, or other outcomes.
Third-party services and privacy
External links, embedded content, and third-party tools may be governed by their providers’ terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with our website and services.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The effective date identifies this version. Changes do not remove refund rights or alter charges already agreed to without the notice and consent required by law. These terms are governed by Wisconsin law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
